How fast do you ship out? Answer: Usually within 1-2 business days unless the product is built-to order, a custom order, or on backorder. Please contact us by phone or email to get more info on a specific product.

When will I receive tracking for my order? Answer: As soon as your package ships out.

How long will my order take to arrive? Answer: For in-stock and ready-to-ship orders, usually between 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order or on backorder, it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.

Which courier will deliver my package? Answer: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and freight. It usually depends on the size of your safe.

If something is out of stock can I backorder or special order it? Answer: Yes! Please contact us by phone to place your order.

Do you offer free shipping? Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders except international orders or orders shipped outside the continental 48 USA.

Do you ship internationally? Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or email us to get a shipping price quote.

Do you have a showroom? Answer: We operate out of an office and warehouse in Sterling Heights, MI and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.
